TestGorilla offers a library of 400+ pre-built assessments covering cognitive ability, programming, language, and personality. It's a strong choice for organizations that want structured, test-based evaluation. However, it lacks live conversational AI interview capabilities — assessments are text-based and scripted.
#5 — HeyMilo: Voice AI interviews
HeyMilo offers voice-based (audio-only) AI interviews with conversational capabilities. A newer entrant in the AI interview space with a growing feature set. Less mature enterprise infrastructure than Braintrust AIR, and focused on voice-only rather than live video interviewing.
