Manual Status Control on ATS-Connected Jobs
  • Recruiters can now manually set a candidate to Hired or Rejected on ATS-connected jobs, without waiting for a sync.
  • Manual statuses are preserved unless the ATS explicitly updates the outcome — ensuring the integration remains the source of truth.
  • When AIR and the ATS reflect different statuses, a conflict indicator surfaces inline so there is no ambiguity.
  • The activity tab now displays a complete status-transition history, including all past status changes and archived outcomes.

👉Recruiters gain the flexibility to finalize candidate outcomes directly in AIR while ATS-managed workflows remain authoritative for connected pipelines.

Job Edit Audit Trail
  • All changes to job settings are now logged, including which fields were changed, who made the change, and when.
  • Note: The audit log captures field-level change events — not the before and after content of each field.
