Talent and clients agree on invoicing frequency — normally every two weeks or every month.
Talent invoices the client directly from the job posting on the Braintrust platform.

Client pays invoice

Braintrust pays talent when the client pays Braintrust. A 15% fee is paid by the client to Braintrust with every invoice.
